Our employees are our greatest asset. We have a unique and diverse team that is capable of meeting exceptional challenges in the sector to ensure our international positioning. As a result we strive for stable and high-quality employment and the professional development of our employees.

Josef Müller Gemüse AG has a staff of more than 150. The company group Foodiverse, to which we belong, has over nine production sites in four countries and 2,300 employees.

Diversity contributes to our competitiveness and our growth. Our company employs staff from 56 nationalities with very different backgrounds. Among others agricultural, production and logistics workers, engineers specialized in food technology, robotics or industrial design as well as experts for nutrition, marketing and purchasing.
